Refund policy

At AquaIntelli, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our return policy carefully before purchasing.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item is unused
• The item is in original packaging
• The item is in resellable condition
• Proof of purchase is provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined.


2. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

• Products that have been installed
• Products damaged during installation
• Electrical items exposed to water damage due to improper setup
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Incompatibility with the customer’s plumbing or water pressure system


3. Instant Electric Faucet Notice

Instant heating faucets require adequate water pressure to function properly.

Operating pressure range: 0.04 – 0.5 MPa

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm compatibility before purchase.
Returns will not be accepted due to low water pressure or plumbing limitations.

We strongly recommend professional installation.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos or videos as evidence

Once verified, we will arrange:

• Replacement
or
• Repair
or
• Refund (where applicable)


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Refund method:

• Same payment method used for purchase
• Or agreed alternative method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.


6. Pay on Delivery Orders

For Pay on Delivery orders:

• The customer must inspect the item at delivery
• Refusal after delivery due to change of mind will incur delivery charges

Repeated order refusals may result in restriction of future Pay on Delivery access.
